Freaki only stores the data it needs to function properly. All Private Messages PM(s), Chat Room Messages and Shouts are self-destructing.
When you use our services, we collect information for your Browser, IP address you use to access our service.

Information you give us.

You choose to give us certain information when using our services.
When you create an account, you provide us with at least your login credentials, as well as some basic details necessary for the service to work, such as your email, gender and Date of Birth.
When you complete your profile, you can share with us additional information, By choosing to provide this information, you consent to our processing of that information.

How we use this information.

The main reason we use your information is to deliver and improve our services. This includes:
The Browser and IP addresses we obtain from abusive users in order to help protect the security of our site.

Anto-Fraud-Data.

We process data to try and identify fraud and inappropriate behaviour. We do not explicitly list which data we process in this respect, as such a list could be used by scammers to circumvent our anti-fraud measures, and hence put users of our service at risk.
In general terms we are looking at data which helps us link a new account to a pre-existing problem account so that we can block the new account.

Shared information.

You share information with other users when you voluntarily disclose information on the service (including your public profile). Please be careful with your information and make sure that the content you share is stuff that you're comfortable being publically viewable since neither you nor we can control what others do with your information once you share it.

When required by law.

We may disclose your information if reasonably necessary: (i) to comply with a legal process, such as a court order, subpoena or search warrant, government / law enforcement investigation or other legal requirements; (ii) to assist in the prevention or detection of crime (subject in each case to applicable law); or (iii) to protect the safety of any person.

How long we ratain information.

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for legitimate purposes. In practice, we delete your information after a period of continuous inactivity. Unless the account has been Locked for Hacking, Spamming or any other reasons that helps us link a new account to a pre-existing problem.

How we protect your information.

Freaki uses Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure Connections (HTTPS) So we are protected by SSL encrytion which secures all your requests to server and makes your connection safe. We also work hard to protect you from unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information. As with all technology companies, although we take steps to secure your information, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information will always remain secure. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and regularly review our information collection, storage and processing practices to update our physical, technical and organizational security measures.

Your Email Address.

Your email address will only be used to send you a new randomly generated password, if you forget it.

Your Password.

Passwords are encrypted, Nobody can view your Password including us. If you forget it, use the Forgot Password link to have a new randomly generated Password sent out.

Private Messages PM(s).

Only you can view your Private Messages, All messages read or unread are self-destructing after a few days.
We cannot view your Private Messages PM(s) Unlike they do on other chat services.

Deleting Account.

If you do not access your account after a period of continuous inactivity, it will be automatically deleted and you will never be able to access your account again.

What are Cookies.

A cookie is a piece of information in the form of a very small text file that is placed on your device. It is generated by a server (which is basically the computer that operates the web site) and can be used by that server whenever the user visits the site. A cookie can be thought of as an internet user's identification card, which tells a web site when the user has returned. My Personal Photos have been uploaded by someone else how can i removed them.

Send us the copyright registration number that you received from the copyright office after you registered the photos. If you do not have a copyright registration number you will need to provide proof clearly showing it's you in the photo.
